- Ticket/s are sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellation. Amendment on travel date and/ or time will be charged RM10/pax/way at least 24 hours before the trip.
- We reserve the right to change you to another speed boat operator if the seats are full for the current speed boat operator. Final confirmation on time and ticket redemption will be stated in confirmation. If all seats are sold out we shall advice on the refund or change of speed boat time available slot.
- We are not responsible for any loss/damage of personal properties incurred during your travel by the speed boat.
