"No show" will be considered cancel the trip and it is non-refundable. But you can contact us as early as posible if there is delay flight/ flight reschedule/ traffic, then we will always try our best to work out the contingency plan.
- Transfer Journey by join transfer/sharing: Hatyai Town - 2 hours, Hatyai Airport - 1.5 hours
- Speed Boat Journey: 1.5 hours
- There might be a waiting time up to +/- 1 hour depending on the condition and crowd size on the day itself.
- Tickets sold cannot be refunded. We cannot compensate in case speed boat cancel the trip or delayed from the scheduled time due to safety reason. In case of speed boat tickets sold out, we will fully refund you the ticket price.
- Exchange speed boat ticket at the counter by showing our confirmation email.
- Check in procedure starts 1 hour before departure and counter closes around 30 mins before departure.
- Important** 10:00am is the last trip join transfer in order to be able to catch the last speed boat of the day at 1:30pm.

- Check in time: Check-in at Ploy Siam Speedboat counter Bundhaya Pier 2 at Koh Lipe. At low season between Jun - 15 Oct may be using sunrise beach for drop off/ pick up. At high season between 16 Oct - 15 May will be using Pattaya beach Budhaya Pier 2. To reconfirm on the location, please contact by whatsapp in the booking confirmation.
